12 Dresses!

Parataihi Mai Lagi, Our Story.

First and foremost I would like to take this opportunity to thank my HEAVENLY FATHER for making all this POSSIBLE.

My company was birthed in Fiji around February 25th 2015, just two days before my eldest daughters 3rd birthday. The reason why we decided to go into business is because my husband use to travel a lot. At times it was difficult to always wait for him to transfer money into my account because of internet issues and a few other issues. My husband was the only breadwinner in our small family so we were pretty tight with finances.

When my husband and I got married we did not have any savings nor anything given to us by both our parents. But we were blessed that my husband managed to purchase a property one year before we got married. A roof over our head was more than enough to get us started.

When the thought of going into business came to mind, our property was part of that dream 'Property Investment'.

So anyways back to what inspired me to really start up something?

On the 27th of February 2015 our eldest was going to turn 3. My husband was away on a work trip and it was a non pay week (and I could not live with the thought of no cake and gifts for her) so I decided to take look into her wardrobe. As soon as I opened her wardrobe; BINGO paradise wardrobe lols. There were dresses hanging there that was worn once.

I picked out the once that was quite appealing and counted it... (12 BEAUTIFUL DRESSES).

That's when I heard this still small voice saying "those dresses will be more than enough to take care of her cake and gifts and even a small spread. Amazing this was even before I posted it up online I was overjoyed.

Picked up my smart phone and took pictures of the dresses individually and priced it as well.

Came the time to post it up, I was so nervous thinking "what if no one will like it or even buy it?"

I calculated how much I will get from the 12 dresses which was close to a $100. Uploaded all the pictures crossed my fingers and waited patiently. It wasn't even five minutes when my phone was getting notifications one after another....and just like that the '12 BEAUTIFUL DRESSES WERE ALL SOLD ONLINE'. Half an hour later all the dresses was delivered successfully and the sales was more than a hundred dollars because the customers also offered pay for the delivery.

From that day onwards I was inspired to continue selling online via facebook online shop.

Remember I had mentioned about our house that my husband bought the year before we got married? Today that house has been on Rent back in Fiji for more than two years now (our very first property investment) and now we are planning to purchase our second property and doing it up as a 'Holiday Home'.

Some Dreams and Visions are meant to come to pass, while some others are just there to keep us on our toes.

For me my Faith in JESUS was what brought my dreams and visions to pass.
